KEENON Robotics Debuts Revolutionary Humanoid Service Robot XMAN-F1 at WAIC 2025

KEENON Robotics unveiled its groundbreaking bipedal humanoid service robot, XMAN-F1, at the prestigious World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) 2025 in Shanghai on July 26. The event transformed into an Embodied Service Experience Hub, showcasing KEENON’s latest innovations in embodied intelligence to drive advancements in AI globally. The exhibition featured interactive scenarios such as a medical station, lounge bar, and performance space, illustrating how embodied AI solutions are reshaping future lifestyles and industrial landscapes.

XMAN-F1 stole the spotlight at the event, demonstrating human-like mobility and precision in executing service tasks across various settings. From preparing snacks to crafting customized chilled beverages like Sprite or Coke with adjustable ice levels, the robot showcased exceptional adaptability and efficiency. Through autonomous delivery of presentations and product demonstrations, XMAN-F1 exhibited seamless interaction powered by advanced technologies for language processing and multi-modal communication.

The robot’s fluid motions and lifelike gestures captivated audiences, with attendees gathering to witness its interactions firsthand. The live demonstration highlighted collaborative efforts among multiple robots in specialized environments. For instance, at the medical station, XMAN-F1 collaborated with logistics robot M104 to create a smart healthcare solution. Additionally, in the lounge bar, a notable partnership with Johnnie Walker Blue Label involved robotic bartenders working in tandem with delivery robot T10 to serve custom drinks. This multi-robot integration not only bolstered operational efficiency but also signaled a new era of interconnected robotic systems beyond singular task automation.

According to IDC’s recent report, KEENON leads the commercial service robot sector with 22.7% of global shipments and boasts a commanding 40.4% share in food delivery robotics. At WAIC 2025, the company reaffirmed its industry dominance while outlining its strategy for ecosystem-based embodied intelligence solutions across various scenarios. KEENON’s future roadmap includes a commitment to driving innovation in embodied intelligence through pioneering research and strategic partnerships, aiming to unlock the full potential of ‘Robotics+’ applications on a global scale.
