The Themes Humanoid Robotics ETF (BOTT US) employs a structured approach to portfolio construction. The underlying Solactive Global Humanoid Robotics Index focuses on all-cap equities worldwide that are involved in humanoid, service, and industrial robotics. The index includes constituents from the Solactive GBS Developed Markets All Cap, South Korea All Cap, and China All Cap indices, each with a minimum 1- and 6-month Average Daily Value Traded (ADVT) of USD 1,000,000. Furthermore, it only considers the most liquid share class per issuer, ensuring a 60% liquidity buffer for existing lines.
Solactive utilizes its ARTIS natural language processing to identify companies that derive at least 50% of their revenue from specific segments of the humanoid robotics value chain. These companies are then evaluated based on their thematic relevance, with non-theme names being excluded. Securities are ranked according to their score, with the top 6 always qualifying for inclusion. Existing members ranked 7–36 are retained, and new companies are added until the index comprises 30 constituents. The weight of each constituent is determined by its relevance-based rank and capped at 4.5%.
The index undergoes quarterly reconstitution and rebalancing on the first Wednesday of February, May, August, and November.
